The Penalties

The penalties for the crime of Conspiracy depend on the circumstances of the offense. A Conspiracy is an offense one classification lower than the most serious offense that is the object of the Conspiracy. Thus, if two or more people are guilty of a Conspiracy to commit a Class B Felony, then the Conspiracy itself would be a Class C Felony.
